Terms of Use

The rules for using LastStop, written to be read.

Effective October 20, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and LastStopIQ LLC (“LastStop”, “we”, “us”). They cover this website (laststop.app), the LastStop web app, and the LastStop mobile apps (together, “LastStop”).

By using LastStop you agree to these terms. If you use LastStop for a company, you agree to them for that company too, and you confirm that you are allowed to. If your company has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where it differs from these terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.

Who can use LastStop

  • LastStop is a business tool for delivery contractors and their teams. It is not meant for personal or household use.
  • Companies get access through a plan with us or with an authorized reseller. People get access when their company invites them.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, and at least 18 where your job requires it.

Accounts and signing in

  • Keep your password private, and tell your company or us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Your company decides who has an account, what role each person has and which pages they may open. It can change or switch off access at any time.
  • You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Invitation and sign-in links are personal. Do not forward them.

Your company’s information

  • Your company owns the information it puts into LastStop. It gives us permission to store, process and display that information only as needed to provide LastStop to the company, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Your company is responsible for having the right to put that information into LastStop, and for giving any notice and getting any consent the law requires, for example for background checks, employment records or messages to its workers.
  • When a plan changes or part of the app is turned off, records are archived, not deleted, and come back when the company turns that part on again.
  • When a company stops using LastStop, we keep its information for 90 days so it can take a copy, and then we delete it.

Plans, free trials and billing

The details of your company’s plan, including its price, are set out in the sign-up page, order or written agreement for your company. Unless that says otherwise:

  • Free trial. A new company may receive a 30-day free trial. A payment card may be required to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.
  • After the trial. Each person moves to the plan your company pays for them, or to the features included at no charge. Records outside those features are archived, not deleted.
  • Fees. Paid plans are charged monthly, per person, to the card or account on file. Adding or removing people or plans changes the next charge. Prices are shown to the company owner before anything is charged. Fees do not include taxes, which are added where required.
  • Cancelling. A company owner can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; fees already charged are not refunded unless the law requires it.
  • Unpaid fees. If a payment fails and is not fixed, we may move the company to the features included at no charge, or suspend access, until it is paid.
  • The mobile apps. The LastStop mobile apps are free to download, and nothing can be bought inside them. Plans are arranged and paid on the web.

Using LastStop fairly

Do not:

  • use LastStop to break the law or to discriminate unlawfully against any applicant or worker;
  • upload anything you have no right to share, or anything harmful such as malware;
  • try to see another company’s information, or get around sign-in, roles or page limits;
  • overload, probe, copy, resell or take apart LastStop, or use automated tools to pull data out of it, except through features we provide; or
  • use LastStop to send spam or to harass anyone.

We may suspend access that does any of these things. Where we can, we will tell the company owner first.

Messages and content

People in a company can write to each other in LastStop. Your company is responsible for what its people write and upload, and for its own rules about workplace communication. Messages cannot be edited or deleted once sent, so they stand as a record for the company.

Our software

LastStop, including its software, design and the LastStop name and mark, belongs to LastStopIQ LLC. While your company’s plan is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LastStop for your company’s business under these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve LastStop without owing you anything.

Other services

LastStop can work alongside services your company chooses, such as its payroll provider, background check provider or spreadsheets. Those services are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and your company is responsible for its use of them.

Availability and changes to LastStop

We work to keep LastStop running and your information safe, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We improve LastStop over time and may change or remove features. If we remove something a company pays for, we will tell the company owner before the change.

Ending use of LastStop

  • A company can stop using LastStop at any time by telling us at josh@laststop.app.
  • You can close your own account in the LastStop iPhone app (More > Account > More actions > Close my account), or by writing to us from the address you sign in with.
  • We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, or for a company with unpaid fees.
  • The sections about your company’s information, our software, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity and the law that applies continue after use ends.

Disclaimers

LastStop helps companies keep hiring, schedules, pay and fleet records in order. Your company stays responsible for its own decisions about hiring, scheduling, pay, taxes, safety and vehicles, for checking the figures LastStop shows, and for following employment, wage and transportation laws. LastStop does not pay anyone and does not give legal, tax or employment advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, LastStop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that LastStop will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and
  • our total liability for all claims about LastStop is limited to the greater of the fees your company paid for LastStop in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

Your company will defend and hold LastStopIQ LLC harmless against claims by others that arise from the information your company puts into LastStop, from its employment, pay or safety decisions, or from its breach of these terms or the law, and will pay the resulting costs, damages and reasonable legal fees.

If you use the iPhone app

These extra terms apply to the LastStop app downloaded from Apple’s App Store:

  • These terms are between you and LastStopIQ LLC, not Apple. LastStopIQ LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your right to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s usage rules.
  • Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the app. Write to us for support.
  • If the app does not meet a warranty that applies by law, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the price you paid for the app (the app is free). Apple has no other warranty duty for the app.
  • LastStopIQ LLC, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it does not meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that it infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your mobile carrier’s.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

The law that applies and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute comes up, write to us first at josh@laststop.app, and we will both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided only by the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

General terms

  • These terms, the Privacy Policy and any written agreement for your company are the whole agreement about LastStop.
  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over LastStop.
  • We may send notices by email to a company owner’s address or show them in the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell company owners before a significant change. Using LastStop after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
