Privacy Policy

What information LastStop handles, why, and the choices you have.

Effective October 20, 2026

The short version

  • Each company decides what goes into LastStop. We use it only to run LastStop for that company.
  • We do not sell personal information, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.
  • There is no analytics or advertising code in LastStop or on this website.
  • Records are archived, not deleted, when a plan changes or a person leaves, and only the company can see them.

Who we are and what this policy covers

LastStop is a work app for delivery contractors. It brings team messaging, scheduling, payroll, hiring and fleet records into one place. LastStop is made and run by LastStopIQ LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“LastStop”, “we”, “us”).

This policy explains what information LastStop handles, why, who else touches it and the choices you have. It covers this website (laststop.app), the LastStop web app at app.laststop.app, and the LastStop mobile apps.

Your company is in charge of its information

LastStop is used by companies (our customers) to run their own teams and hiring. Each company controls the information it puts into LastStop, and we handle that information on the company’s behalf and under its instructions.

If you work for, or applied to, a company that uses LastStop, that company decides what is recorded about you and who in the company can see it. Questions about those records are usually best sent to that company first. If you write to us instead, we will pass your request to the company and help it answer you.

What we collect

Your account

  • Your name, work email address, the company or companies you belong to, your role and locations, and which pages your company lets you open.
  • Your password, stored only as a one-way scrambled value (a hash). Nobody at LastStop can read it.
  • Sign-in records that keep accounts safe: when you signed in, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address. Failed sign-in attempts are recorded the same way so we can stop password guessing.

Information your company enters

  • Job applicants: name, phone number, email address, the job and location applied for, where they heard about the job, hiring stage, notes, follow-up dates, and documents or photos added to their file. A company may record the status of a background check or drug test (for example, cleared or still in progress). The checks themselves are done by the company’s own screening provider, and LastStop does not ask for or store Social Security numbers.
  • Offer letters and onboarding: the letter, and when a new hire accepts it, the name they type as a signature, the time, and the internet address and browser it was signed from, as proof of the signature. Onboarding checklist answers, including employment eligibility form answers, are kept with restricted access.
  • Team messages: what people write to each other in LastStop, and any applicant a message points to.
  • Schedules: who works which day and route, call-outs, late arrivals, time off, and notes on the week.
  • Payroll records: the pay rules a company sets, each person’s days, hours and work figures for each pay period, the pay worked out from them, and the questions and answers raised while reviewing pay. LastStop does not hold bank account details and does not pay anyone; a company sends approved pay to its own payroll provider.
  • Fleet records: vehicles (number, VIN, plate, make, model and registration state), whether a vehicle is running or down, and vehicle and driver documents, such as registrations, insurance cards, inspections, licenses and medical cards, with their expiry dates.
  • A change history: who changed what and when, so a company can see the history of its own records.

From your phone, only when you use the feature

  • Camera and photos: used only when you choose to take or pick a photo or document to upload. The app never opens the camera on its own.
  • Face ID: if you turn on unlocking with Face ID, your iPhone checks your face itself. LastStop only learns whether the phone was unlocked. Your face data never leaves your phone and we never receive it.
  • Notifications: if you allow them, your phone gives the app a notification address (a push token). We keep it with your account so we can send you the messages, schedule changes and alerts you asked for. You can turn notifications off in your phone’s settings at any time.

When you visit this website or write to us

  • This website has no sign-up forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking code, and it does not set cookies.
  • Like every website, our hosting provider receives your internet address and basic browser details when you load a page, and uses them to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
  • The LastStop web app sets one cookie, only to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
  • If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can answer you and follow up.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your microphone or your health data, and we do not collect information about the other apps and websites you use.

How we use information

We use information only to provide LastStop to the companies that use it:

  • signing people in and showing each person only the pages their company allows;
  • doing what each part of the app is for: messages, schedules, pay review, hiring and fleet records;
  • sending sign-in, invitation and password emails, and the notifications people turn on;
  • keeping the records and change history a company needs;
  • billing a company for its plan;
  • keeping LastStop safe, finding and fixing problems, and preventing misuse; and
  • answering questions and support requests.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to track people across other companies’ apps or websites.

Service providers we use

A small number of companies help us run LastStop. Each one handles information only to provide its service to us, under its own privacy and security commitments.

ProviderWhat they do for LastStop
CloudflareHosts this website, the web app, the database and uploaded files, and protects them from attacks.
MicrosoftSends sign-in, invitation and password emails.
AppleDelivers notifications to iPhones and runs Face ID on your own phone.
StripeProcesses card payments when a company pays for a plan. Card numbers go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
GoogleOnly for a company that chooses to connect its own Google Sheet, to keep a hiring list in step with LastStop.

A company’s plan may be arranged through an authorized reseller. In that case the reseller receives the company’s billing and account details it needs to set up and bill the plan.

When we share information

Apart from the service providers above, we share information only:

  • with the company it belongs to, and the people that company has given access;
  • when the company tells us to, for example by connecting another service;
  • when the law requires it, such as a valid court order; or
  • to protect people’s safety, or LastStop and its users from fraud or abuse.

If LastStopIQ LLC is ever sold or merged, information would move to the new owner only under the same protections described here, and we would tell company owners first.

How long we keep it

  • We keep a company’s information for as long as the company uses LastStop.
  • When a company changes plans, turns off part of the app, or removes a person, the affected records are archived, not deleted. Only that company can see them, and they come back if the company turns that part on again.
  • When a company stops using LastStop, we keep its information for 90 days so it can take a copy, and then we delete it.
  • Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

Closing your account

In the LastStop iPhone app, go to More > Account > More actions > Close my account. You can also email josh@laststop.app from the address you sign in with and we will close it for you.

When an account is closed, its sign-in is switched off at once on every device and its notifications stop. The person’s profile stays archived for their company’s records, because a company may be required by law to keep some records, such as hiring and pay papers. 90 days after an account is closed, we remove the name and email address from the closed sign-in, unless a legal hold requires us to keep them. This does not remove the company’s own hiring or pay records.

Your choices and rights

  • You can see and correct your own account details in the app.
  • You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or its removal by writing to josh@laststop.app or to the company you work for or applied to.
  • We will confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we answer within 30 days. Where the information belongs to a company’s records, we work with that company to answer.
  • Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have more rights under local law. We honor them, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

How we protect information

  • Every connection to LastStop is encrypted (HTTPS).
  • Passwords are stored only as scrambled hashes, and repeated failed sign-ins are blocked for a time and recorded.
  • Sessions end after a period without activity, and changing your password signs out every other device.
  • Each company’s information is kept separate from every other company’s, and people see only the pages their company gives them.
  • Changes are recorded with who made them and when.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell the affected company owners, and you where the law requires, without undue delay.

Children

LastStop is a workplace tool and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child’s information is in LastStop, write to us and we will remove it.

Where information is processed

LastStop is run from the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Before a significant change, we will also tell company owners in the app or by email.
